We do not ship emu chicks, but we can arrange to meet or deliver - cost will vary. Choose the gender and color. You then will be able to put your email address in and be notified as soon as we have some available! Please note that orders with deposits are fulfilled first. This waiting list will be notified if there are any available after the deposit orders are complete.

Emus are fun, goofy and incredibly curious birds. They are the second largest bird species and originate in Australia. When standing erect with neck outstretched, a emu measures approximately 6 feet tall. Males weigh approximately 120 pounds while the female is actually larger at about 130 pounds.

Emu chicks are very social and need at least one other companion emu. Please plan on buying at least two if you are just getting started.

We incubate our emu eggs and then have their blood DNA tested for proof of gender. You will receive the certificate with your emu.
